Along with the development of an increasingly rapid era, it is directly proportional to the development of technology. Optical fiber is a transmission medium used in telecommunications. The quality of information transmissions through this cable transmission medium is influenced by a number of variables, including attenuation and dispersion. The rising time budget value is determined by the dispersion, and the power link budget is determined by measuring the attenuation that influences the light's path during data transmission and causes dispersion. The results showed that the chromatic dispersion value of the measurement results on this optical link was influenced by bending, the length of the distance on the path, the splicing of optical fibers, and due to the deployment of optical fibers. The system still performs at the required levels, i.e., at a power link budget of less than -15 dBm and a rise time budget of less than 70 ps, hence the optical link results have no impact on the system's performance. The results of the implementation of the website in this study display the results of measurements and calculations that were previously carried out where the results of these measurements and calculations can be seen in a table that has been integrated between databases to store data values ??with an online map which is then displayed the value on the map or online maps on the website containing data from the measurement results and parameter calculations on optical fiber owned by PT. The fire department or DamKar is one of the important agencies which is highly needed by Indonesian people, especially when a fire occurs. However, DamKar is often judged to be late in arriving at the location because help comes to the fire when the fire has already take a set. One of the reasons why delay happens in DamKar is because the report is received late by the DamKar officer. One of the fire prevention measures is to take the preventive action or early prevention from indications of a fire. Automatic early detection is needed in an emergency and requires speed and accuracy in overcoming the problem. designs an early detection system for fires that directs to DamKar and warehouse owners. This system can detect and provide temperature information in real time. This system works if there is a drastic change in temperature and there is a puff as soon as detected by the sensor The information is in the form of a notification "Excessive CO gas detected" if the temperature is in the range of 25 °C and the gas content is 100 PPM, if the temperature exceeds 35°C and the gas content is 500 PPM there will be a notification "The warehouse temperature is too hot", then a danger notification " indicated fire above”. From the experimental results, it is found that the mesh communication system can work properl

To facilitate learning with video streaming, a transport protocol that can send video is needed, such as HTTP (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol) or RTSP (Real Time Streaming Protocol). Both protocols have their respective advantages and disadvantages when sent over a MANET network. One of them is that the throughput on RTSP is greater but the use of memory is more, this is inversely proportional to the RTSP protocol. In this study, the delay value in scheme 1 HTTP and RTSP protocols has an average delay of 23.225 seconds and 19.075 seconds. The throughput has an average value of 699.165 kbps and 802.656 kbps. Packet loss has an average value of 0.428% and 17.9%. For the use of transmit power nodes have an average of -33 dBm and -31.25 dBm. Memory usage has an average value of 108.46 Mb and 149.6 Mb.While in scheme 2 the delay values for HTTP and RTSP protocols are 28 seconds and 26.1 seconds on average. Throughput 1186,803 kbps and 1316,076 kbps. Packet loss has an average value of 0.0325% and 18.69%. On the use of transmit power nodes have an average of -34 dBm and -32 dBm. Memory usage has an average value of 107.525 Mb and 154.275 Mb

Autonomous drones require accurate navigation and localization algorithms to carry out their duties. Outdoors drones can utilize GPS for navigation and localization systems. However, GPS is often unreliable or not available at all indoors. Therefore, in this research, an autonomous indoor drone navigation model was created using a deep learning algorithm, to assist drone navigation automatically, especially in indoor corridor areas. In this research, only the Caddx Ratel 2 FPV camera mounted on the drone was used as an input for the deep learning model to navigate the drone forward without a collision with the wall in the corridor. This research produces two deep learning models, namely, a rotational model to overcome a drone's orientation deviations with a loss of 0.0010 and a mean squared error of 0.0009, and a translation model to overcome a drone's translation deviation with a loss of 0.0140 and a mean squared error of 0.011. The implementation of the two models on autonomous drones reaches an NCR value of 0.2. The conclusion from the results obtained in this research is that the difference in resolution and FOV value in the actual image captured by the FPV camera on the drone with the image used for training the deep learning model results in a discrepancy in the output value during the implementation of the deep learning model on autonomous drones and produces low NCR implementation values

In this technology age, people's need for communication systems is growing. In various places and conditions, communication must be maintained to meet various needs. One of the solutions required in these circumstances is an optical fiber communication system. Fiber optic cable is a light-based data transmission technique. The advantages of optical transmission include the fact that the light spectrum does not spread like radio frequencies, making it impossible to intercept, the fact that it propagates at a very high speed, allowing it to go very large distances, and the ease with which it may be installed. To tackle this problem, we proposed to innovate by realizing and developing a two-way voice and text communication system using fiber optic cable media. The voice and text communication system created and deployed in this study is based on an Android application. This communication system does not require a server and internet network. Only Android smartphones, access points, fiber media converters, and fiber optic cables are required. The greatest throughput value measured by the system is 2708 bytes/second, while the lowest is 1020 bytes/second. The longest delay is 2.314 seconds, while the shortest is 1.99 seconds. Quadcopter is a type of UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) which is currently developing and very useful in various fields. With four motors as the main propulsion, the quadcopter has the ability to maneuver, take-off and land vertically in places that have limited space. However, in an autonomous system, the quadcopter is still difficult to operate, one of which is to keep it stable, when in a position where there is minimal GPS signal. Therefore, in this study, we will use the Blob detection method that uses the OpenCV library to determine the landing place and is assisted by an optical flow sensor, aiming to catch roll, pitch and yaw motions. The results of this study indicate that the accuracy of the lidar sensor as a height sensor with an accuracy of 82.16 % is more accurate above 30 cm, the results of distance accuracy for image processing successfully detect up to a height of 600 cm with a light intensity value of around 50-70 lux. optical flow, light intensity and altitude distance greatly affect the motion produced by the quadcopter, but it can still move stably at a minimum value of light intensity of approximately 300 lux at an altitude of 300 cm

Employees use their level of attendance or absence to demonstrate their presence at work or absence from it in an agency. This absence is connected to how discipline is applied, which is decided by each organization or institution. It can be inferred from this that student absenteeism in a setting where there is activity serves to increase discipline and demonstrate attendance. With IP Camera technology, it can be applied to the attendance system using the MTCNN method as face detection and FaceNet to extract high-quality features from the face. The system created can detect faces at a distance of 40 cm – 180 cm with an accuracy of 90.5% and can detect more than 1 object in 1 frame so that the IP Camera function is in accordance with the design in real-time. Tested the object of 3 pairs of twin faces produces a maximum accuracy of 90% where the level of match between the faces and the data is appropriate
